The practice of yoga, is both philosophical and physical. Through movement in asana(physical yoga poses), stillness through pranayama (breath work), and insight through meditation, we are invited to live from a place of authenticity - our higher self- our truth.

Healing Touch is a relaxing, nurturing, modality of energy healing, a term used to describe healing that alters the subtle flow of energy in and around a person. To heal does not necessarily indicate cure, rather to heal, is to become whole. The philosophy is that energy precedes biology. Therefore, emotional and physical issues, or disease, occur first in our energy body and later manifest as physical disease. By repairing and maintaining the integrity of our energy body, we are better able to heal and maintain optimal emotional and physical health. Healing Touch moves a person into their wholeness- their optimal well being and health.

"JDavis wanted our Wellness Program to have more credibility than the average run of the mill 'let's lose some weight', so we hired Mary Edwards- Zucchino, RN and Embrace Wellness to give our Wellness Program the means to be both effective and sustained. Our Wellness Program has been very well received by our employees and has produced immediate benefits".
